Coed-y-Brain Primary School is a County Primary Co-educational
School catering for children in the 3 – 11 age range. We take
children from Pwllypant, Llanbradach – village, Cwm Las Estate and
The Rise.
We also
have an intake from Cwn-Glas Infants at Key Stage 2. We have two
Speech and Language classes - one at Key Stage 1 and one at Key
Stage 2. At the present time the school has 13 teachers. In
addition we have a peripatetic violin teacher, brass teacher,
strings teacher and woodwind teacher.
There
is a language support teacher who currently attends for three
sessions a week for those children who need extra help.
